I killed, hid corpses of my entire family in bush – 40-year-old man [PHOTOS]
The man, who hails from Okpoma village in Yala Local Government Area, LGA of Cross River State, was said to have slept with his 27-year-old wife, Omago and their 2-year-old daughter, Blessing, on the same bed but woke up suddenly in the middle of the night, took a knife and stabbed both of them to death, and
they died instantly, the Sun reports.
“Ogar then carried the corpses to a nearby nursery and primary school in the area where he wrote a small note and dropped it beside the corpses and then ran off to hide in his farm,” he said.
“The neighbour raised the alarm and alerted the police who launched a manhunt for the suspect.
“The suspect will be charged to court soon,” the CP said.
Ogar, in his confession, was quoted to have said “I don’t have a job, I cannot feed my family, I can only feed
myself, and God should forgive me for what I have done.
“I don’t know what came to my mind; it was frustration that led me to stab my wife and only daughter to enable me survive in life,” the father of one added.
